Organizational Structure

The Peace Aid Foundation is designed for clarity, accountability, and global reach. The Board of Directors provides governance and fiduciary oversight, ensuring the Foundation’s integrity and long-term mission. The President and CEO, a voting member of the Board, leads global strategy, fundraising, and program development, supported by the President’s Advisory Council of international experts.

The Vice President manages cross-departmental coordination, translating strategic vision into daily execution. The Managing Director oversees operations, compliance, and administration, including finance, grants, communications, human resources, and IT.

Programmatic leadership is driven by the Heads of Production, Fundraising, Education & Research, and Partnerships, ensuring that every initiative advances measurable peace outcomes.

This structure separates governance from operations, enabling efficient management, transparent accountability, and the flexibility to operate effectively across multiple continents.
