Leadership Recruitment
The Peace Aid Foundation is building the team that will guide our global mission through its early years and into long-term stability. The coming year will define how we produce Peace Aid Twenty Twenty Six, how we manage the Peace Aid App, how we support our partner organizations, and how we expand the Peace Engine into a permanent system of participation.
The Foundation’s leadership structure follows the framework set in our business plan. The Chief Executive Officer serves as the senior executive of the organization and reports directly to the Board. This role carries responsibility for vision, external leadership, partnerships, fundraising, and the global direction of all programs. The CEO also oversees the systems that ensure the Foundation operates with transparency and accountability.
Daily operations are guided by the Chief Operating Officer. The COO coordinates internal structure, supervises all departments, maintains compliance, and ensures that program goals, financial controls, and strategic milestones are met. The COO anchors the continuity of the organization and provides the management structure that allows the CEO to focus on expansion, partnership building, and the cultural leadership that defines Peace Aid.
Financial integrity is led by the Chief Financial Officer. The CFO manages all financial reporting, audits, controls, compliance requirements, and long term planning. This role works closely with the Board and the Finance and Audit Committee to maintain strong governance and responsible stewardship.
Several additional leadership roles support the core structure.

Administrative Staff and Contractors

Board and Advisory Appointments
The Foundation continues to expand its Board of Directors. We are seeking individuals who understand peacebuilding, culture, education, technology, humanitarian action, finance, or philanthropy. Board members provide strategic oversight, fiscal responsibility, and long range vision. They serve renewable three year terms and meet twice each year.
The Advisory Council supports the Board and executive leadership with insight drawn from experience in culture, global affairs, education, media, and community leadership. These appointments are honorary and reflect a commitment to advancing peace through participation and shared purpose.
Every position listed here comes directly from the business plan and plays a role in shaping the structure and future of our institution. Peace Aid is not a single event. It is a growing system designed to support peacebuilders, rebuild trust, and make peace measurable.
